Thamban ,Bala and The Bindi Masala

After a long carrier hunt I jumped from Poornam Info vision (My old company) and I joined IBS on Jan 7 th of 2008 .With new hopes ,After a boring induction training I was allocated to a project called "iLoyal" .Met my PM and GM first day and I got a cubicle near to pantry soon .I got a lot of friends through the help of Mr Arun Rajeev.(Man who propagates news without any delay in iLoyal).Though he is propagating news inside team he is a good team member and very responsible person in work wise.With the help of Arun I am meeting Balachandran VS.We used to see in wash room ,in morning . So slowly we became good friends .Nice smile ,good in technical and very much believe in God (God knows these are true). So one evening I shifted to my Kazhakootam near to technoparkI got a call from one number .Was resting in my room . That was Bala chandaran (Bala),That was the first call I am getting from IBS friends other than Arun Rajeev. So he called me for dinner. I decided we will go. Bala came with his pulsuu and we went Punjabi Daba that was my first journey to Punjabi Daba (and also the last).Bala asked what u want I told ,I am new to punjabi dishes.He pointed to me wall.There I can see so many names.I told we will have chappathi. and I asked what about side dish. He told we will order different dishes.He ordered Paneer butter masala and asked what about you I opted Bindi masala.I asked what is that " he told it contains lady finger and " Supera setup anu" (Its good and super)ok that dish is fine for me ,Supplier came and ordered for chappathi

Bala : aru chappathi ( six chapathi )

Supplier : Chey ! ( six in hindi)

Me : chey ? (I looked at him strange after that only realized that he is speaking hindi)

Supplier : laughed

Me and Bala laughed a lot ,we do remember that "punjabi house" filim dialoges

After some time we got two empty plates and some onion and lemon

Again continued our chit chat..

Then came Bindi Masala ,chappthy and paneer butter masala

I started my chappthi with Bindi masala ,then I realized that Bindi masala is horrible!, I looked at Bala he is enjoying with his Paneer butter masala, So I started sharing Paneer butter masala from his plate andand I told to Bala

Me : Please take Bindi masala thats good

bala had taken and he also understand that was horrible

After that we need something to drink ,Only lessi and butter milk was there order lessi came and at that time I told to Bala " Ente dasamoolrishtam kure kudikendi varum " (I have to drink dasamoolarishtam a lot today )I used to take dasamoolarishtam ( an ayurvedic syrup for digestion)

We laughed a lot today

NB : Thamban is the dirty nick name given by Arun Rajeev for me

The Facesconfig.xml

For getting entrance to our software team, we used to take technical interview . Our client come with a JSF requirement . So Team Admin called me and shall we do a interview I said 'ok'. Me ,Antony and Varghese Mathew was there . And interview candidate was Abdul Rahman (was from internal project). So we started from basics of Java,php and Come into JSF side.
Me: What is the use for faces-config.xml ?
Abdu : I am not sure about that I dont have any idea about JSF
Varghese : Do you know JSF ?
Abdu : No
So we continued some time with Java and JSP question,After some time I asked
Me: what are the major config file using in JSF ?
Abdu : dont know ..
Me: what is the use of faces-config.xml ?
Abdu : dont know he looked at me ..very strange
So I looked at Anto and Vaghese and continued again
Me: how u are deploying JSF?
Abdu : (Said in Malayalam) INKKU JSF ariyilla
Every one laughed at me ............
I was totally absent minded while I was talking with Abdu .........I asked again and again with JSF
that full day was fun with faces.config.xml what is the use of that ................

EE ana Mohanlalinu padikuvano ?

One day Anakootam group(A group of 8 members) decided to go for "Kodanad" (A place near to Ernakulam famous for elephant training ) , Actually we planned there for Elephant ride. So morning we started our journey at 7 'o' clock , On the way we had break fast and we reached there at 8.30. We roamed around and met some people students of elephant college named "Ekko", "Eva" . This Eva was dancing with head , pretty good dancer ,here comes our major event "Elephant ride" . Elephant ride it causes 150 RS for four members,me and Krishnakumar and Chacko decided to go together . I am little bit nervous for that ride . I went there and grab the ticket and went near to stair which using for getting on to Elephant . Vehicle ( Elephant) came near to the stair case I am the one who get on that first. KK and chacko just behind me and Ana pappan (Who is controlling Elephant) gave me one big rop for balancing . Elephant started walking as usual ,my heart beat started increasing . and laughed at every one with pleasant smile. While started his walking I realized that Elephant walking entirely different manner and I started moving to one side KK and chacko to other side , we actually sat on that improper manner . After some time I realized that KK and Chacko moving downwards. At that KK asked one question to me " EE ana Mohanlalinu padikuvano ?" ( Is this Elephant trying to imitate Mohanlal ) ,because now he was sitting in slanding position. We all laughed very loudly from that instant I forgot my fear. So that was my first Elephant ride
